On Saturday, October 12, Child Advocates hosted the 12th annual Superhero Run. Superheroes of all ages united forces for a 5K and 1K at CITYCENTRE Houston.
With over 950 participants, the atmosphere was electric and the force was strong. Together with our generous sponsors, we raised $115,000 for our fight against child abuse in Houston.
Thank you to all the dedicated participants who ran their hearts out and showed their creativity and enthusiasm in their superhero costumes. A few highlights from the day included Mario Kart characters, Buzz Lightyear and the Incredibles!
