  • Online Court Streams (Project and GCCC) - link to all the Project Courts in Texas that are streaming their hearings on youtube live. If the court is currently live, you will see 'live now' in red next to where it says 'watch'. If its not live you will not be able to see anything. Videos are immediately deleted after the conclusion of the hearing. If a child is participating in a hearing, the hearing will not be available on youtube but it might still say 'live'.

• Access our Microsoft Office 365 system:
  • Office 365 Home - Check your email, calendar, OneDrive, etc.
  • Staff Intranet Home - Files and data on our company SharePoint website.
  • IT Help Desk - Create a help desk ticket.
    • Expired Password Hint: If your password has expired, logging into Jedi will prompt 3 times followed by a failure message. Please note your laptop windows login may or may not be updated depending on your laptop and location type:
      • Login to https://portal.office.com/account, go to 'Security and Privacy' and reset password
      • Option 1 (old machine outside our office): If your laptop has not been updated and you are outside the office, this should have reset your password for all logins EXCEPT your laptop windows login; you will need to plug your computer into your desk docking station to finish the password reset process; reboot your laptop to confirm (old password needed for windows login, new password everywhere else)
      • Option 2 (new machine or old machine inside our office): If you laptop was updated or you are plugged into your docking station in our office, your new password should be usable on all devices; reboot your laptop to confirm
    • Account Locked Hint: If your account has been locked, logging into Jedi will also prompt 3 times followed by a failure message. If you are unable to reset your password this is the most likely issue. Please create a ticket so IT can unlock your account.

  • Jedi (Case DB) - Update case information, notes, hours, etc. in Jedi Case Tracking Database.
  • Case Files Website - Web access to your case files.
• Access other office resources (F/Public drive, Blackbaud)
  • Remote Control Access - Login to our remote control system to access local office resources
