Grad School - Understanding Best Interest

Join your fellow court appointed advocates to learn more about presenting a case for the "best interest" of the children you serve. Assistant county attorney, Francie Aguirre will join us, presenting about the Holley factors, statutory references and case law. Her knowledge and experience can help any advocate prepare more effective arguments in court. Ms. Aguirre will offer a demonstration of a case scenario with a best interest argument and finish the evening by answering your questions.
