Join us for a grad school presentation led by Lt. Stephen Casko and Senior Police Officer, Erik ter Meulen, as they discuss the epidemic of opioid use in Houston. These experts will give insight into how court appointed advocates can appropriately handle situations involving parents or children who are under the influence of opioids.
