Re: Child Advocates announces the 2013 Child Advocates Superhero Run Powered by MRE Consulting, Ltd.

On Saturday, October 19, at CITYCENTRE Houston, Child Advocates, Inc. is hosting its first annual Superhero Run, powered by MRE Consulting, Ltd. This event benefits Child Advocates’ mission of training volunteers to act as court appointed advocates for abused and neglected children in Harris County. The day’s events include both a 5k chip-timed run/walk and a 1k run/walk. Prices of registration for the races start at $15 for the 1k and $35 for the 5k, with discounts of up to $10 for early registration. Participants of all ages are welcome, and superhero costumes are encouraged.
