Kicking off the holiday season for Child Advocates' kids

Last Sunday afternoon, with the help of hundreds of volunteers and our amazing sponsors Atwood Oceanics and Enterprise Holdings, we hosted our annual Childrens Holiday Party! Just imagine a ballroom filled with games, crafts and more than 750 foster kids with bright smiling faces as they ring in the holiday season.

Our kids made stockings, played games, decorated cookies and danced all afternoon. In keeping with the Winter Forest theme, volunteers helped make fox masks for each child to take home. The Friends of Child Advocates even set up a "salon" where girls could have their nails painted. We are so grateful for everyone who joined us to help get these amazing children in the holiday spirit.
