Child Advocates, Inc. will not trade, share, sell, or lease our donor’s personal information to third parties, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the donor has given specific permission to do so.  This policy applies to all information received by Child Advocates, Inc., both online and offline, including our website and mobile applications, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.  To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

 

Opt Out:  If Child Advocates, Inc. receives your personal information you may receive e-mails, mailings, information, and promotions from, or on behalf of, Child Advocates, Inc. If at any point you no longer would like to receive this information, please notify us of your wishes by emailing us at development@childadvocates.org, mailing us a letter, or calling 713.529.1396 ext 241.

 

Child Advocates, Inc. will ask for your personal information when you register with us to make an online donation. During this process, Child Advocates, Inc. asks for your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone, and email.

 

We will store that information in our database to add you to our mailing list so that we can send you information about Child Advocates, Inc.

 

Typically, the mailing list would be used initially for recruitment or fundraising events and programs that benefit and support the mission of Child Advocates, Inc.
